The Mayor of Truskavets, Kulchynskyi, became the owner of 12 real estate properties worth over 3 million hryvnias in a single day

Truskavets Mayor Andriy Kulchynskyi, who was suspected of possible illegal enrichment, became the owner of 12 real estate properties worth 3.4 million UAH in a single day.

On January 30, he acquired 12 properties at once in a new residential complex in the center of Truskavets:

• 6 apartments (65.3 m² ×2, 65.6 m² ×2, 70.4 m² ×2, 107.7 m²)
•  2 non-residential premises (41.2 m² and 49.4 m²)
•  another 3 apartments of the same size (duplicates, likely in adjacent sections)

Total declared value — 3.41 million UAH

Who are the owners according to the documents

• 6 properties — in joint ownership of Andriy Kulchynskyi himself
• 5 properties — in joint ownership with his daughter Ustyna Kulchynska (minor)
• 1 apartment of 107.7 m² — in the ownership of his wife Nataliya Kulchynska

In other words, the mayor’s entire family became owners of an entire floor (or even two) in a new residential complex in one day.

In the "Source of funds" section, it is consistently stated: Kulchynskyi Andriy Bohdanovych, meaning the mayor purchased all of this with his own savings.

However, in the annual declaration for 2024 (submitted on March 27, 2025), such savings are not visible — only the mayor’s salary of ≈ 900–950 thousand UAH per year and minor savings are reported.
