Candidate for the position of Head of the State Customs Service Anatoliy Komirnyi.

In 2021, the NACP drew up a protocol against him for committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 172-4 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

While holding the position of Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, he was the ultimate beneficial owner and manager of LLC «Premium Tobacco Market». Currently, Komirnyi also holds the position of Deputy Minister.
