You’ve definitely already seen the news in public groups from SBI about the exposure of a criminal group of businessmen and Ministry of Defence officials who organized the supply of low-quality anti-personnel mines for the Armed Forces of Ukraine worth 3 billion hryvnias. 

But I strongly urge you to listen to a fragment of the recording of these monsters’ conversations, where they not only discuss the deliberate supply of mines that don’t explode but also laugh about how the initiative to return these non-exploding mines to the supplier will fail because everything is already at the front.

It’s also interesting to hear how they “hide” the non-exploding detonators, attributing their failure to a “poorly trained specialist.”
