2000 hryvnias per acre: ARMA sold 460 hectares of the protected Borzhava area to Serhiy Lyovochkin’s entourage at a bargain price
On January 8, 2026, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) sold 460 hectares of land in the Borzhava Polonyna (Zakarpattia region) for 89.5 million UAH.
This was reported by "EP" citing auction results.
The publication states that the land was divided into three lots, for which three auctions were held simultaneously.
Since the auctions were conducted in the form of a "Dutch auction" (starting from an initial price that gradually decreases until someone agrees to purchase the asset), and each auction had only one bidder, the sale effectively took place at the lowest possible prices.
- Thus, a plot of 26.7366 hectares was purchased by Andriy Vinhranovskyi for 5.4 million UAH (starting price - 10.4 million UAH). He also became the owner of 199.1488 hectares, paying 39.1 million UAH with an initial price of 75.2 million UAH.
- A plot of 234.77 hectares was acquired by Ihor Vlasyuk for 45 million UAH (starting price - 88.2 million UAH).
Thus, the average cost of one hundred square meters of land purchased at the auction is approximately 2,000 UAH.
It is noted that in November 2024, ARMA expected to receive more than 1 billion UAH for this land.
According to Opendatabot, Vinhranovskyi is the owner of LLC "Ombri Investment," which is part of the "corporate group of the Lyovochkin family." He is also the husband of Yuliya Lyovochkina.
Vlasyuk is the founder of LLC "Borzhava Asset," the ultimate beneficial owner of which is Vinhranovskyi.
In August 2025, the publication Bihus released a report stating that Serhiy Lyovochkin plans to build a ski resort called "Borzhava."
