Millions at customs: inspector from Zakarpattia Ivan Mudra declared over 6.4 million hryvnias of income from business
Zakarpattia customs officer Ivan Mudra bought a car and earned 6.4 million UAH during the war.
Ivan Mudra holds the position of senior state inspector of the customs clearance department No. 2 at the "Solotvyno" customs post of the Zakarpattia Customs (position category B, state service). In his declaration, he listed himself, his wife Mariya Mudra, his stepson Oleksandr Bilka, and two daughters — Valeriya and Laura Mudra.
Among the declared property: three land plots in ownership (1570 m², 801 m², and 600 m² in Vynohradiv district and the village of Velyki Komyaty, acquired in 2016–2018), an apartment of 50.81 m² in Vynohradiv (right to reside starting from 2024 for the entire family), as well as an unfinished construction object — a residential house of 188.3 m² in the village of Velyki Komyaty (on a land plot owned since 2016).
In 2023, the man purchased a Skoda Octavia (2023) for 706,600 UAH. The family also owns an Audi Q3 (2013), which the declarant has the right to drive, while the owner is his wife.
Income for 2025 significantly increased due to entrepreneurial activities: Ivan Mudra declared 6,436,029 UAH from his individual entrepreneur (FOP) status, while his wife Mariya declared 3.58 million UAH from entrepreneurship. Additionally, the salary from LLC «Silkombud» amounted to 102,000 UAH, the minimum wage from LLC «Agrobudplast» was 961 UAH, and minor bonuses from JSC «Tascombank» amounted to 55 UAH.
Cash funds: 9,000 USD held by the declarant, 10,300 USD held by his wife, and 750,000 UAH held by the declarant. Open accounts exist in "PrivatBank", "Universal Bank", and "Tascombank" (for the declarant and his wife).
Financial obligations: a loan from "Tascombank" taken in July 2023 for 706,600 UAH (likely for the purchase of the Skoda Octavia), with the remaining debt at the end of 2025 being approximately 500,000 UAH (160,700 UAH of the principal amount and interest paid).
No other significant assets (securities, corporate rights, foreign real estate, etc.) were declared. The position is not classified as high-risk or responsible under the law on corruption prevention.
