The guy whom the TRC tried to drag into a van in Kharkiv was released. It turned out that he is already an active serviceman, but he was only able to explain this on the way to the TRC.

This was reported by local channels.

It all started when he simply went out to smoke near the entrance — and they immediately tried to "pack" him up.
