Massive night attack on Kharkiv: 19 injured, residential blocks destroyed

Footage of the aftermath of nighttime strikes on Kharkiv has been published, as well as a video capturing the moment of one of the impacts. The city endured a massive attack that caused significant destruction in residential areas.

Surveillance camera recordings captured a powerful flash and subsequent detonation in a densely built-up area. The shockwave damaged several high-rise buildings and civilian vehicles.

The main strikes hit the Industrialnyi and Nemyshlianskyi districts. As a result of the shelling, the facades of residential buildings were damaged, windows were blown out in hundreds of apartments, and fires were reported in the private sector. Additionally, a civilian infrastructure facility and a medical institution building were affected.

According to updated information from Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the number of injured has risen to 19 people. Among them are individuals in critical condition, as well as a pregnant woman. All victims are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Rescue teams from the State Emergency Service and municipal services continue to work at the impact sites. Assistance points have been set up where residents of damaged buildings can receive hot meals, clothing, and psychological support.
