The inspection is also ongoing at the Poltava Regional Prosecutor’s Office. The new deputy prosecutor, Nataliya Lets, as is often the case, shifts all responsibility to her predecessors (Shnurenko). Publications related to the activities of call centers are being reviewed.

In addition, Lets expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that law enforcement officers have shut down the "feeding trough" — a tobacco factory in Kremenchuk, where she "profited" alongside the former regional prosecutor, Stolitniy. They were receiving 5 UAH per pack.

LLC «Kremіn Tobacco» belongs to the current deputy of the Poltava Regional Council from the banned party «OPFL», Serhiy Mazur (26%, the «Marketopt» network). Among other co-owners are his brother Oleksandr Kovalenko (26%), as well as Mykola Medvedyev (24%) and Oleh Nesvitaylo (24%).

On November 12, 2025, detectives conducted large-scale searches at several locations in Kremenchuk. As a result, property worth approximately 47 million UAH was seized.

Among the seized items: two production lines for the full cycle of cigarette manufacturing (one labeled DekaJet, the other — equipment from the Leningrad Machine-Building Plant from 1957), over 38 tons of tobacco raw materials, 240,000 packs of finished cigarettes, 190,000 excise stamps, packaging materials, and 339 cases of vodka from various manufacturers.

During the search of a residential building on Shevchenko Street, law enforcement officers seized significant amounts of cash: 79,300 USD, 64,000 UAH, and 6,250 EUR.

The case involves illegal production and sale of excisable goods (Part 1 of Article 204), the same actions committed by an organized group (Part 2 of Article 204), as well as the legalization of property obtained through criminal means (Part 2 of Article 209) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
