RF attacked Chernihiv region with "Gerans": houses and grain hangars were burning

Chernihiv region suffered heavy shelling from Russian troops over the past day. A total of 41 shelling incidents and 70 explosions were recorded in various parts of the region.

This was reported by Chernihiv RMA.

In the morning, in one of the villages of Nizhyn district, private residential houses were damaged due to the explosion of an enemy drone. In a village of Chernihiv district, the occupiers launched several strikes with "Geran" type drones on the territory of an agricultural cooperative.

As a result of the attack, a hangar for grain storage caught fire, and five cargo vehicles were also damaged.

Late in the evening, two explosions were heard in Novhorod-Siverskyi. The drone strike targeted residential areas — houses of local residents were damaged, and a building of one of the enterprises caught fire. Information about casualties is being clarified.
