FC "Liberty Finance" is trying through the court to clear the reputation of its owner Anton Tkachenko before the NBU

The financial company "Liberty Finance," associated with Anton Tkachenko’s "KIT Group," is attempting to challenge the NBU’s decision regarding his questionable reputation.

The plaintiff is Olha Melnyk, represented by Andriy Nedashkivskyi. The judges are Bilous A.Yu., Horobtsova Ya.V., Marych Ye.V.

Olha Melnyk filed a lawsuit with the Kyiv District Administrative Court, requesting to declare unlawful and annul the decision of the NBU Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets dated 24.11.2025 No. 21/1213-rk "On recognizing the business reputation of Anton Tkachenko, a key person in LLC ’FC Liberty Finance,’ as flawed."

Interestingly, this is already the second application.

The first one, under No. 320/530/26, was assigned to the wrong judges (a panel consisting of Disky A.B., Zhukova Ye.O., Kochanova P.V.), but due to non-payment of the court fee, the application was left without progress. It concerned the decision of the NBU Board dated 09.10.2025 No. 370-rsh.

As a reminder, a decision was made to prohibit the provision of financial payment services by LLC "FC Liberty Finance" (code 39806926) and related persons through the internet services of "KIT Group."
