Income for half a month and million-worth assets: what Ivanna Smachylo declared after resigning from the State Property Fund

The First Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Ivanna Smachylo, submitted an updated declaration upon resignation: a significant number of land plots and cargo vehicles are registered to her husband.

Income for the period from January 1 to January 15, 2026, amounted to 56.6 thousand hryvnias in salary from the State Property Fund of Ukraine and 79 thousand hryvnias from her husband’s entrepreneurial activities. The couple declared 760 thousand hryvnias in cash and funds in bank accounts.

A significant number of properties are registered to her husband (Smachylo Andriy):
- a house of 263.5 m² in the village of Veresneve (2008)
- a house of 158 m² in Rivne (2014)
- numerous land plots of various sizes in Rivne, the village of Veresneve, the village of Tuchyn, and the town of Berezne (ranging from 154 m² to 17,732 m², acquired in different years, including several in 2023)
- a canopy building (106.7 m², 2006, joint partial ownership: 71% — Andriy Smachylo, 29% — legal entity «Bina»)
- a mechanical workshop building (1886.7 m², 2006, joint partial ownership: 50% — Andriy Smachylo, 50% — Taras Smachylo)

Ivanna Smachylo reported only the right to use an apartment of 44.6 m² in Kyiv (2018), which belongs to another person (Lyubov Smachylo).

Ivanna Smachylo owns a Jaguar X-TYPE (2005), purchased in 2011 for 150 thousand hryvnias at the time of purchase.

Her husband, Andriy Smachylo, listed the following vehicles:
- ZAZ 968M (1992)
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 313 CDI (2006) (cargo)
- Toyota C-HR (2018)
- MAN 14.192 (1989) (cargo)
- Volvo FH 12 (2002) (cargo)
- Ford (2022), purchased in 2023

The husband owns shares in two companies:
- LLC «Bereznekholod» — 33% (value of the share: 26,400 UAH)
- LLC «Aviation of Rivne Region» — 20% (value of the share: 20,000 UAH, acquired in 2022)
