"This is dangerous self-deception": former "Azov" official Krotevych questions General Staff’s data on RF losses

Former Chief of Staff of «Azov» Bohdan Krotevych stated that he does not believe the figures of Russian losses reported by the Ukrainian General Staff.

He believes that the real losses are significantly lower. Krotevych referred to data from Russian human rights activists, who counted 155,000 killed. In his opinion, even if the margin of error is 200%, it would still amount to 500,000, but not the million claimed by the General Staff.

«Inflating the numbers and convincing ourselves that the Russians will soon run out is a dangerous self-deception. Russia has a much larger population and continuously replenishes its army through new waves of mobilization», – added Krotevych.
