Under Sumy, a Russian "Lancet" killed the mother of three children, Anastasiya Pashkevych

In Sumy, they said goodbye to 31-year-old mother of three children, Anastasiya Pashkevych. The young woman survived the occupation, recently bought her own home, and brought her daughters from the village to live with her. She also finally found her happiness. However, a Russian drone killed her while she was driving in a car.

"Lancet" struck the car where Anastasiya was

31-year-old Anastasiya Pashkevych was driving her father to the village on February 6. He is defending Ukraine on the front line and managed to get a few days off from near Pokrovsk to see his family and hug his granddaughters. Despite her young age, Anastasiya was raising three daughters: the eldest is 14 years old, and the two twins are 12 each.

On the way back, while Anastasiya was driving the car, a Russian "Lancet" struck the vehicle. The woman died on the spot.

As a friend of the deceased told OBOZ.UA, Anastasiya moved to Sumy at the beginning of the war. She lived in the Chernihiv region with her second husband, the father of the twin girls, when Russian troops occupied part of the region. They spent some time under occupation, and after the liberation, the woman moved with her children to her parents in the village of Mar’ivka near Sumy.

She achieved her goals

"She came to work at our supermarket. At first, she worked in the confectionery department for two years, and then became a cashier. Nastia was very determined; if she set her mind on something, she would go straight for the goal. She was bright, cheerful, and never felt sad," says her friend.

The woman desperately wanted to have her own home to bring her daughters from the village to the city. She worked hard, saved money, and eventually bought an apartment and brought her children to live with her. About a year ago, she met a young man and was happy. It seemed that all her dreams had come true.

However, a Russian drone took away the most precious thing from her – her life.

"She was not just our colleague; for many, she was a friend, a bright and sincere person. Smiling, friendly, attentive to everyone. She joyfully greeted customers, offered kind words and her warm smile even on the hardest days," wrote the employees of "NASH Supermarket," where Anastasiya worked.

Anastasiya Pashkevych is survived by her parents, brother, and sister. The father of her eldest daughter served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine but went missing. The father of the twins is currently also on the front line. For now, the children are being cared for by their grandmother.
