Scandal with Glovo: the service charges users up to 11,000 hryvnias in "tips" instead of 50 hryvnias

Social media users are expressing dissatisfaction with the fact that the delivery service Glovo has started deducting thousands of hryvnias from their accounts as tips for couriers without prior notice and without the possibility of refunding the money.

The amounts of tips reach 11,000 UAH, although users indicated only 50-100 UAH.
