Zelenskyy emphasized that negotiations in Moscow or Minsk are impossible.

«I cannot go to a meeting with Putin in Moscow, the capital of the state that acts as the aggressor in this war. We are open to proposals from the USA, America, and are ready to hold meetings on any territories of America, Europe, or in a neutral country – in any state except Russia and Belarus. Belarus – because it is an ally in the attack on Ukraine in 2022», – he noted.
