Glovo promises to refund users whose cards were charged thousands of hryvnias in «tips» for couriers

Earlier, people on social media massively complained that the service was deducting 5, 7, and even 13 thousand hryvnias, allegedly as gratitude to couriers.

The company reported that the cause was a technical error on the platform — due to this, tip amounts were incorrectly calculated in various countries. Glovo apologized and assured that the issue has already been resolved.
