Ukrenergo explained whether the suspension of electricity supply from Slovakia will affect Ukraine

The termination of emergency electricity supplies from Slovakia will not affect the state of Ukraine’s unified energy system, according to Ukrenergo.

According to the company, the last time Ukraine requested emergency assistance from Slovakia was over a month ago and in an extremely limited volume.

At the same time, Ukrenergo notes that official notifications regarding the unilateral termination of the mutual emergency assistance agreement by the Slovak system operator, SEPS, have not yet been received.
