Five apartments and a Land Cruiser at risk: HACC examines evidence for the confiscation of MP Marchenko’s property

HACC has started examining evidence in the case regarding the confiscation of assets of MP from "Servant of the People" Lyudmyla Marchenko.

SAPO demands the seizure of five apartments, property rights to apartments in the Gravity Park residential complex in Kyiv, and a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 (2017) – totaling over 8.2 million UAH. Prosecutors claim that these assets could not have been acquired through legal income.

A witness also confirmed a request for the re-registration of the car – Marchenko does not deny this.

Separately, a criminal case regarding the alleged receipt of bribes for men leaving the country through the "Shlyakh" system is being considered in court. She is accused of abuse of influence. Marchenko does not admit guilt.
