Budanov calls for the introduction of state registration of Telegram channels in Ukraine

The Office of the President intends to introduce state registration of Telegram channels.

«I have nothing against Telegram channels, but, excuse me, register your Telegram channel, indicate who is behind it. Be responsible for the content you publish. And if you want to run an anonymous Telegram channel that, by all indications, is a typical media outlet, and at the same time engage in subversive activities or recruitment through it, then that’s a completely different matter,» said the head of the OP, Budanov.
