As a leader, Oleh Borysenko has transformed from a person who, according to information available in the public domain, might have been involved in selling material evidence, into a leader who allegedly helps the Territorial Unit of the Bureau of Economic Security (TD BES) to develop during challenging times. Is this truly the case?

Here are a few interesting facts. In addition to his trusted ally Anatoliy Klochan, Oleh Borysenko has also involved Valeriya Chuchilina, the head of a department at TD BES, in certain initiatives. Her role involves providing analytical support: preparing reports, verifying data accuracy, and gathering information on business entities within the Chernivtsi region.

One entrepreneur, according to representatives of the business community (and it is claimed that this is not an isolated case), found themselves in the following situation: they were summoned to the leadership, where during a conversation, Oleh Borysenko and Anatoliy Klochan informed them of alleged issues in the company’s operations and presented an analytical report prepared by Chuchilina, which highlighted potential violations.

Subsequently, the business entity was explained possible «options for resolving» the situation. Specifically, this included transferring a portion of funds to the account of the trade union organization of TD BES in the Chernivtsi region, as well as handing over a certain amount in cash.

It is alleged that entrepreneurs, fearing the blocking of their activities by Borysenko and Klochan, agreed to such terms.

The question arises: are such practices acceptable, and are these the kind of personnel that the Bureau needs to build a professional and integrity-driven team?
