In Kyiv, a bribery scheme in the TRC was exposed: certificates for draft evaders were issued through a minor courier

Employees of the Kyiv TRC profited from draft dodgers, transferring money through a minor courier.

This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).

According to the bureau, servicemen from one of the Kyiv and regional TRCs, a former law enforcement officer, and an unemployed Kyiv resident entered false data into the "Oberih" system, citing fabricated conclusions of the Military Medical Commission (MMC).

About 100 conscripts received forged certificates. Of these, 31 individuals managed to leave Ukraine and did not return.

In addition, the group provided "services" to men from other regions who were on the wanted list. Without their personal appearance at the TRC, their records were altered, and the wanted status was removed.

The cost of such a service was 4,000 USD. The monthly shadow income of the organizers exceeded 60,000 USD.

It is also noted that the organizers of the scheme involved a minor girl as a courier. She sent documents by mail and received the money.
