"Response for hostages": Ukraine threatens Hungary with sanctions over the case of Oschadbank collectors

Ukraine warns Hungary of possible sanctions over the detention of Oschadbank cash collectors.

«All individuals involved in the capture and holding of our citizens as hostages will be held accountable. We reserve the right to apply appropriate measures, including sanctions and other restrictive actions,» emphasized Foreign Minister Sybiha.

In his opinion, the detention of seven Ukrainian citizens «has become part of Hungary’s blackmail and pre-election strategy.»
