Russian strike claims lives of a teacher and a second-grader: Kharkiv mayor announces a day of mourning

On March 9, a day of mourning will be declared in Kharkiv for those killed in a Russian strike, the city council announced, citing Mayor Terekhov.

During the nighttime attack on Kharkiv, a primary school teacher from the sixth lyceum and her son, a second-grade student, were killed, Mayor Terekhov noted.
