The killer of an ‘Aidar’ veteran is free: how the court reduced the charges against Narzulloyev and what role Lukyanivka’s ‘underworld opposition’ plays in this
At the end of February last year, law enforcement officers received permission to conduct a search aimed at detecting/seizing weapons, draft notes, and electronic devices in the house where 22-year-old native of the Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nekruz Narzulloyev, resided.
Information about this is contained in the materials court registry, reports Detective-Info.

From them it follows: interest in the person’s figure arose shortly before the correspondence suspicion notice under the norms of the "anti-thief legislation" to two representatives of the highest caste of the criminal world - Bondo Sturua, nicknamed "Bondo Kazakhstani," and Aziz Batukaev ("Aziz").
It was "Aziz" and "Bondo," as previously reported on the pages of Detective-Info, who designated the leader of a transnational organized crime group, convicted of murdering a 45-year-old native of the Chechen Republic, criminal authority Nazhmudin Gaziev, nicknamed "Nazo," as the so-called "vagabond." The latter has been held in custody in the walls of Kyiv’s PDC since the fall of 2020 and is considered one of the leaders of the so-called "thieves’ opposition" (detailed history of "Nazo" - in the material "Dear Fronder"). In the context of studying Gaziev’s prison exploits and his "wardens" from the list of "thieves-in-law," the investigation additionally examined the circumstances of an incident involving another inmate of "Grandpa Lukyan" - Narzulloyev.
About Nekruz Rustamovich, it is known that he began studying the intricacies of the criminal code before receiving his certificate of basic secondary education. On the first day of 2000, this student of Putivl School No. 1 committed a robbery (Part 1 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) - he "pressed" a mobile phone, which he later gave to his relative.
Taking into account his young age, admission of guilt, and the nature of the crime committed, Narzulloev was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with a one-year probation period. However, at the time of the pronouncement of this sentence, the young man was already behind bars as a result of a high-profile incident that occurred in the spring of 2020 in the Kyiv region.
This refers to events around 3 a.m. on May 22, 2020, when the then 9th-grade student was relaxing in the company of his friends in the yard of house No. 5 on Dniprovska Street in the city of Vyshhorod. According to the investigation’s version, the minors were allegedly spending their leisure time too loudly, and when two adult men tried to restrain them, a scuffle ensued. During the fight, Narzulloyev saw and snatched from the bag of one of the opponents, who turned out to be ATO veteran from the "Aidar" battalion Ihor Korniyenko, nicknamed "Korney," a carbine. With the "trophy" weapon, the young man shot at the "Aidar" member: the bullet hit the groin area, and eventually "Korney" died.

The actions of the 16-year-old shooter were qualified as premeditated murder (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and by court decision, Narzulloyev was placed in custody in the walls of Ukraine’s "prison No. 1."
Behind bars, Nekruz Rustamovich reached adulthood and gained certain authority among other inmates. As of the summer of 2023, he was considered the so-called "overseer" of cell No. 186 in Lukyanivka PDC, but due to the death from drug overdose of one of the residents of this "cell," Narzulloyev’s status was questioned for a certain period. In the process of resolving this situation, the authority contacted prison "vagabonds," and eventually heard the verdict: the unfortunate incident with the deceased detainee is not considered to have affected the regalia of the "Vyshhorod shooter."
In any case, from court materials it is known: already a year later, on June 17, 2024, the Irpin City Court changed the pre-trial restraint measure for Nekruz Narzulloyev, and the young man was released. The consideration of the case regarding his involvement in the death of the "Aidar" member "Korney" continues to this day, and the qualification of the actions of the native of the Khatlon region during the bloody events on Dniprovska Street was softened from premeditated murder (Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and causing grievous bodily harm that led to the death of the ATO veteran (Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
