An Audi electric car worth 1.2 million hryvnias and a house near Kyiv: AMCU civil servant Muzychenko has disclosed her family’s assets

State Authorized Representative of the Antimonopoly Committee Olha Muzychenko declared significant income of her husband from entrepreneurial activities, an apartment in Kyiv, and a new electric Audi vehicle.

In the real estate section, she indicated ten objects. Among them — an apartment of 42.8 m² in Kyiv (66.67% in joint shared ownership), another apartment of 56.4 m² in Kyiv, a residential house of 334 m² and a land plot of 1200 m² in the village of Horenyche in Bucha district of Kyiv region (both objects — in free use).

In addition, a non-residential premises of 61.1 m² in Kyiv and several other apartments were declared, some of which belong to her husband Serhiy Sendzyuk or are in joint ownership with relatives.

From vehicles, Muzychenko declared for herself an Audi Q3 (2021), a Volkswagen Touareg (2011) for her husband, and an Audi Q4 e-tron (2024) worth 1.2 million UAH, which she uses free of charge.

Her husband Serhiy Sendzyuk is the ultimate beneficiary and owner of a 100% stake in LLC «Impact Expo». He also declared income from entrepreneurial activities in the amount of 3,426,626 UAH, salary at LLC «Asset Management Company «Investcenter» — 203 thousand UAH, interest from bank deposits, and investment profit.

The total income of Olha Muzychenko herself for 2023 amounted to 1.7 million UAH — this is her salary at the Antimonopoly Committee.

In the cash assets section, the family indicated cash: 62.5 thousand dollars  and 16.6 thousand euros from the husband, 14.7 thousand dollars and 4 thousand euros from the declarant herself, as well as over 250 thousand UAH in cash from the husband. On bank accounts — insignificant amounts in hryvnias, dollars, and euros. In addition, Serhiy Sendzyuk owns shares of Raiffeisen Bank and PrAT «Corner»
