The court released People’s Deputy Nestor Shufrych from pre-trial detention, replacing the pre-trial measure with round-the-clock house arrest.

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this, noting that it objected to the change of the pre-trial measure.

The court’s decision is not subject to appeal.
