52 billion for frontline highways and student transportation: State Agency for Restoration announces funding shortage for roads

According to Sukhomlyn, this concerns main highways and local roads, particularly in frontline regions. In addition, due to the education reform — the transition to the lyceum system — it is necessary to provide transportation for students. However, such funds are not planned in the current budget.
