In the Kyiv Court of Kharkiv for violation of the procedure for conducting international transfers of goods subject to state export control, the following are being prosecuted:

Case No. 22019220000000164 (618/1195/20) concerns charges of committing criminal offenses under Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 3 of Art. 28 – Part 2 of Art. 201, Part 3 of Art. 28 – Part 1 of Art. 263, Part 1 of Art. 333, Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 1 of Art. 32 – Part 2 of Art. 333 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It involves the illegal importation of spare parts for armored vehicles.
