The incident occurred in the village of Dubynove during a document check.

Two TRC employees were wounded. A 43-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition with three stab wounds to the chest, including a penetrating one. Later, another 40-year-old TRC worker sought medical help with a chest wound.
