Situation on the front: 180 combat engagements recorded, Pokrovsk, Huliaipole, and Lyman directions remain the hottest

In total, over the past day, on May 10, 2026, 180 combat engagements were recorded on the front.

This is reported by the press center of the General Staff.

Shelling

Yesterday, the enemy used 8037 kamikaze drones and carried out 6380 shellings of populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 25 — from multiple launch rocket systems.

Strikes on the enemy

Over the past day, aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defence Forces struck one command post and four enemy artillery systems.

The General Staff reminds that the total losses of Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 920 personnel. The enemy also lost four tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 76 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, nine ground robotic complexes, 1577 unmanned aerial vehicles, 231 units of motor vehicles, and two units of special equipment.

Situation in the North

On the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, nine combat engagements took place over the past day, the enemy conducted 61 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas, including ten — using multiple launch rocket systems.

Situation in Kharkiv region

As noted, on the Southern-Slobozhanskyi axis, the enemy stormed positions of our units 15 times in the areas of Zelene, Vovchansk, Ternova, Starytsia, Petro-Ivanivka, Myrove, Symynivka, Prylipka, Lyman, and Krasne Pershe settlements.

On the Kupyansk axis, our defenders repelled three enemy attacks in the areas of Kurylivka and Kivsharivka.

Situation in the East

As the General Staff reports, on the Lyman axis, Ukrainian warriors repelled 13 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Zarichne, Drobysheve, Lyman, Stavky, and Ozernе settlements.

On the Slovyansk axis, the Defence Forces successfully repelled five attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Riznykivka settlements.

On the Kramatorsk axis, over the past day, the enemy attacked positions of our defenders three times in the areas of Fedorivka Druha, Minkivka settlements, and towards Zapovidne.

It is also noted that on the Kostyantynivka axis, the enemy conducted 12 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchivka, Stepanivka, Illinivka, and Ivanopillya.

"On the Pokrovsk axis, our defenders stopped 37 assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of Toretsk, Bilitske, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Muravka, Novopidhirne settlements, and towards Hannivka, Myrne, Serhiivka, and Novooleksandrivka settlements," the message says.

Situation in the South

The General Staff also reports that on the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy attacked twice in the areas of Radisne and Oleksandrhrad settlements.

On the Huliaipole axis, 18 attacks by the occupiers took place in the areas of Rybne, Charivne, Huliaipole, Nove Zaporizhzhya, Sviatopetrivka, Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Olenokostiantynivka, and Huliaipilske settlements.
