Ordinary specialist of the Chernivtsi Regional TRC, who at least since 2016 has been shuffling papers in the office and not going to the front:  Ihor Khrun declared several million hryvnias on bank accounts, which he earned with "honest" work during the war. His own brother Serhiy — for the fifth year in a row receives deferments from mobilization on various grounds.

Ihor got to the service back in 2015, through connections, escaping mobilization.

His own brother Serhiy Khrun got a job as a teacher at the minimum rate at the Orshovetsky Lyceum — 140 thousand hryvnias. This is necessary for booking from mobilization.
