Young director, billion-dollar state contracts and zero taxes — how «Vyriy Industry» generates super-profits during the war?

The whistleblower has learned about a scheme that reeks of billions — and not the ones going to the budget.

LLC "VYRIY INDUSTRY" — a drone manufacturing company founded in October 2023 by Babenko Oleksiy (born 11.11.1998). The guy is young, but the scale is impressive.

Over two years, 27.4 billion UAH in state funds arrived on the company’s treasury accounts. Returned — only 9.5 billion. Where’s the rest ~18 billion? Good question, right?

Math that doesn’t add up:
In 2025, the company declared revenue of 11.23 billion UAH and pre-tax profit of over 2.09 billion UAH. Profit tax — 0 hryvnia. Zero. Zéro. Void. Tax burden — 0.00%.
Meanwhile, goods were sold for 9.85 billion UAH, and registered tax invoices — only for 11.07 billion UAH over the entire period. Gap with actual receipts — over 16 billion UAH. These are payments for goods that apparently either don’t exist or weren’t supplied.

Payroll magic:
In December 2025, the company employs 1,195 people with an average salary of 78 thousand UAH. Let’s calculate: just for one month, the payroll fund — over 93 million UAH. For the entire 2025, single social contributions paid — 4.73 million UAH. This is mathematically impossible under any legal taxation scheme. The conclusion is obvious — most salaries are paid in envelopes.
In addition: 393 sole proprietors, who were paid 92 million UAH just in December. Classic scheme of splitting payments through controlled "entrepreneurs".

Customs acrobatics with cables:
Fiber-optic cable enters Ukraine at 7.5–8 USD/km. It ends up at the customs warehouse of LLC "AVTOTRANSLOGISTIKA". The original buyer suddenly refuses the goods. Then foreign intermediaries enter the game — "MARKET LEADER S.R.O." and "OGNIS TRADING LLC" — and the same cable is sold back to "Vyriy" at 17.5–18 USD/km. Plus exemption from customs duty and VAT. The scheme is serviced by a constant group: LLC "Assets Sale Agency", LLC "Victoryservice", LLC "UkrspecDroneProm", LLC "Munvel Market".

And the cherry on top — Mr. Poroshenko:
"Vyriy Industry" cooperated with LLC "Evertrade" — a company associated with the family of Petro Poroshenko, against whom the NSDC imposed personal sanctions on 13.02.2025. "Evertrade" supplied carbon frames for "Vyriy" drones, importing carbon from China for ~20 million UAH in 2024. That is, a state contractor with billions from the budget — in a chain with a sanctioned entity.
The company was registered in October 2023 with a charter capital of 100 thousand UAH and zero real estate. In two years — billion-dollar turnover and almost zero taxes.
