Yermak’s lawyer confirmed the ex-head of the OP’s stay in pre-trial detention, but does not know the exact conditions

Ihor Fomin’s lawyer stated that the former head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, is being held in a pre-trial detention center.

According to the lawyer, they have already paid for a cell for Yermak; however, the exact place of his current whereabouts—«in the cell or in the office»—Fomin could not specify.

Fomin also noted that he is not aware of the exact amount of funds collected for the bail, but expects it to be no less than 50%.
