‘Oil rain’ and clouds of smoke: drones attacked one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in Ryazan

«It happened so that smoke covered half the sky»: UAVs struck one of Russia’s largest oil refineries. Residents report an «oil rain» that fell after the attack.

The plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and petrochemical products — that is why the fire in Ryazan reached such grand scales. In addition, eyewitnesses note that Russian EW systems tried to intercept the drones, but some UAVs fell in a residential area.
