The Ministry of Economy urges Ukrainians to spend funds from the “National Cashback” by June 30

The Ministry of Economy has called on Ukrainians to use the funds accumulated on the cards of the “National Cashback” program by June 30, 2026.

This is stated in the ministry’s announcement.

Any funds not used by the end of the day on June 30 will be returned to the state budget.

“The ‘National Cashback’ program will continue without changes; cashback for purchases of Ukrainian goods will be accrued as usual and paid out after the 20th of the following month in the format familiar to users,” the Ministry of Economy assured.

Ukrainians will receive April cashback at the end of May — these funds must also be spent by June 30.

Cashback for May purchases will be paid in July. Thereafter, cashback will continue to be accrued according to the standard schedule.

Program participants will receive 5% or 15% compensation for purchases of Ukrainian-made goods:

• 5% cashback is awarded for food products, automotive goods, pharmacy items, and garden and vegetable-garden products.
• 15% cashback is awarded for non-food goods such as clothing, footwear, appliances, toys, hobby, leisure and repair items, as well as certain food products: hard and soft cheeses, pasta, oatmeal and buckwheat groats.

Accumulated funds may be used to:

• pay utility bills;
• pay postal services;
• buy Ukrainian-produced food products;
• buy Ukrainian-made medical devices or medicines;
• purchase books or other printed materials;
• make donations in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
