Millions in cash, hectares of land and two BMWs: what Zhytomyr region police deputy chief Hulevatyi hides in his declaration

Deputy Chief of Police of Zhytomyr Region Illya Hulevatyi declared significant cash assets, a large plot of land registered in his wife’s name, as well as the privatization of an official apartment in January 2026.

Illya Hulevatyi, together with his wife Lyudmyla Hulevata and son Volodymyr Illich, uses an apartment with an area of 77.5 m² in the village of Oliivka, Oliivka community (acquisition right — 18 March 2024, value according to the latest appraisal — 2.35 million UAH).

On 23 January 2026, this apartment was privatized from the Oliivka Village Council (non-monetary income — 2.36 million UAH), after which it passed into joint family ownership.

Wife Lyudmyla Hulevata owns:
- an apartment with an area of 96.4 m² in the city of Nemyriv, Vinnytsia region (2019, value on the date of acquisition — 790 thousand UAH; the family resides there with the owner’s consent);
- two parking spaces in Vinnytsia (acquired 8 July 2023, total value — 375 thousand UAH);
- two land plots in the village of Chukiv, Nemyriv community (22 August 2024): with an area of 25,253 m² (value 59 thousand UAH) and 23,176 m² (value 54.5 thousand UAH).

Illya Hulevatyi personally owns a land plot with an area of 898 m² in the city of Nemyriv (2010).

Illya Hulevatyi uses (right of control based on oral permission from close persons) two BMW X5 vehicles manufactured in 2014.

In 2025, the family’s income amounted to:
- Illya Hulevatyi — salary of 936 thousand UAH;
- Lyudmyla Hulevata — salary of 452 thousand UAH from the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration in Vinnytsia Region, income from property rental of 18 thousand UAH from LLC “Agro-Astra”, as well as winter support in the amount of 5 thousand UAH.

Family’s cash assets:
- Illya Hulevatyi — cash 2.8 million UAH;
- Lyudmyla Hulevata — cash 1.65 million UAH and 30 thousand US dollars.
