The court upheld the decision on the preventive measure for Yermak.

SAPO requested to increase the bail for Yermak to 180 million UAH, considering 140 million insufficient. Prosecutor Valentyna Hrebenyuk stated that the investigation links Yermak to control over the finances, procurements, and audit of «Dynasty». According to her, nearly $2 million was allocated for his residence, and another $3 million — for three residences of «Dynasty».
