Control under the code name «R2»: SAPO prosecutor announces evidence found in phones linking Yermak to construction

SAPO Prosecutor refutes claims that Andriy Yermak was allegedly not involved in the construction of the residence.

According to her, investigators found evidence on Chernyshov’s wife’s phone showing that the person using the code name R2, whom the investigation identifies as Yermak, not only controlled financial matters but also attempted to influence the construction process, procurement, and project audit.

In addition, the prosecutor presented further arguments which, according to the investigation, confirm that the designation R2 refers specifically to Andriy Yermak.

Correspondence with Yermak regarding approval of the residence construction project was also found on designer Kvelenkova’s phone.
