"The suspicion is unfounded": Andriy Yermak reacted to the decision of the HACC Appeals Chamber

The Appellate Chamber of the HACC considered Andriy Yermak’s appeal and the prosecutor’s complaint in his case.

According to Yermak, the prosecution still failed to provide any evidence of his involvement in the incriminated actions, and the suspicion itself is unfounded.

Despite the arguments presented by the defence, the court upheld the ruling of the court of first instance. Yermak also stated that he would continue to prove his innocence exclusively within the legal framework and emphasized that justice must be based on evidence, not on media pressure or political emotions.
