Final victory in London: Court of Appeal upholds recovery of $3 billion from Kolomoiskyi and Boholyubov

The Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the High Court of England and Wales to recover $3 billion from Kolomoiskyi and Boholyubov in the PrivatBank case.

The bank itself reported this.

The court upheld the verdict on the former owners’ fraud against their own bank and rejected their arguments that the embezzled funds had already been returned.
