In the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) and the Settlement Center for Servicing Contracts on Financial Markets (SC), the supervisory boards, in addition to the «pace-setter» Mistyuk, also include:
SUPRUN Andriy – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SC, member of the Supervisory Board of NDU;
DYATLOVA Olena – Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board (SC), member of the Supervisory Board of NDU.

Pyshnyi’s appointment of at least three people at once to the SC and NDU is not coincidental. Regulating the quota, and therefore influencing decision-making.

In addition, Andriy Suprun – Head of the Corporate Rights and Depository Activities Department of the National Bank – reports to Pyshnyi.

Thus, the National Bank, represented by Pyshnyi, fully controls the supervisory boards of critically important elements of the stock market.
