The HACC has limited the defence of Energoatom top manager Pinchuk on the deadlines for familiarization with the bribery case

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office will send an indictment to court after July 24 regarding the deputy general director of the branch “Separate Unit ‘Atomenergomash’” of JSC “NNEGC ‘Energoatom’” Svitlana Pinchuk for receiving undue benefits.

It is precisely until this date that, by the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated May 20, the defence is limited in the time allowed to review the investigation materials, reports “Slovo i Dilo”.

“Satisfy the motion. Establish in the criminal proceedings for the defence side (namely the suspect (Pinchuk – ed.) and her current defenders and/or any other defenders who may be involved later) a period until July 24, 2026 inclusive for familiarization with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in this criminal proceeding, after the expiration of which the defence side will be considered
