NABU and SAPO announced suspicion to the deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from OPFL Filonov for concealing a debt of 58 million

Deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from OPFL Yevhen Filonov was notified of suspicion for failure to declare loans totaling over 58 million UAH.

NABU and SAPO exposed the deputy of the Odesa Regional Council for entering inaccurate information in declarations. According to the investigation, the official had several loans totaling over 58 million UAH, but did not reflect these financial obligations in the declarations for 2024 and 2025.

The deputy was notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. NABU noted that during the investigation, materials from the NACP inspection were used.
