"Immunity" from mobilization and sale of humanitarian aid: scheme involving former head of TRC Daniyelyan exposed in Odesa region

Trading humanitarian aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and “reservation” from mobilization for $5,000: schemes of ex-military commissar Daniyelyan exposed in Odesa.

The former head of the Rozdilnyansky Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) of Odesa Region, Davyd Daniyelyan, according to investigators, organized the sale of decommissioned military property, weapons, and humanitarian shipments intended for the front.

For $4,000–5,000, those liable for military service were offered “patronage” and protection from mobilization and inspections. The authors of the report claim that officials and their relatives may have used these services.

Daniyelyan owns a house, a plot of land, and several cars, with part of the property allegedly registered in the names of friends and relatives. Among the assets mentioned are a premium-class BMW, a Tesla, and a house in Poland.
