The attempt to hide income failed: OnlyFans model from Kropyvnytskyi will be forced to pay taxes based on data from Britain

The Kirovohrad District Administrative Court upheld the additional tax assessment against a resident of Kropyvnytskyi who concealed income from OnlyFans. The attempt to explain everything as “personal data theft” proved unsuccessful.

This is reported by the Telegram channel “Sudom po skhemam”, citing case No. 340/684/26.

Hello from Britain: how “Cherry Pie” was exposed

Ukraine’s tax service received information from its British counterparts as part of an international data exchange. The British authorities provided a list of Ukrainian creators who received payments from Fenix International Ltd (the owner of OnlyFans).

The list included Alina Karnaukhova. According to the tax authorities, in 2023, under the nickname “Cherry Pie,” she earned 7,352 US dollars (more than 279,000 hryvnias at the exchange rate at the time).

“It wasn’t me, and the account isn’t mine”: the model’s position

In court, Alina Karnaukhova denied any involvement with the platform. She claimed:
· she had never registered on OnlyFans or undergone verification;
· the account’s email address did not belong to her;
· no money from OnlyFans had been transferred to her main bank cards;
· someone had probably used her data without permission.

Why the court did not believe the “identity theft” claim?
The judge examined the OnlyFans registration procedure and concluded that, in order to receive payments, a creator must complete several steps:
1. Upload a scan of a passport or ID card.
2. Complete a live photo identification (selfie with the document).
3. Link a payment method.

The court noted that the plaintiff had not provided any evidence of reporting the alleged data theft to the police. In addition, the funds were transferred to an eWallet electronic wallet, so the absence of records in bank statements does not disprove the fact that the income was received.

Verdict: the taxes will have to be paid

On 26 May 2026, the court recognized the additional tax assessment as lawful. The total amount Alina Karnaukhova must pay:
· 50,264 hryvnias — personal income tax;
· 4,188 hryvnias — military levy;
· more than 13,000 hryvnias — penalties.

The only relief: the court canceled the fine of 8,647 hryvnias for allegedly failing to respond to the tax authority’s request, since the woman had replied in time.
