Accusations of systemic corruption: Head of the Borshchahivska community Oles Kudryk receives suspicion

Last week, the head of the Borshchahivka community, Oles Kudryk, received a notice of suspicion of bribery.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to the investigation, the official created a scheme under which he systematically received funds and other valuables from entrepreneurs and citizens, in return helping them resolve necessary issues in the village council, its executive bodies, and municipal enterprises.

The media wrote about one of the schemes in the Borshchahivka community back in 2024. At that time, businesses received land from the village council almost for free, built residential complexes on it, and later — kindergartens for their residents. After that, the community began to buy out these kindergartens at a significantly inflated price.

At the same time, the Kudryk family continued to acquire new property.
