Enemy losses: over 1,200 occupiers and hundreds of units of equipment eliminated in a day

Over the past day, the Defence Forces of Ukraine reduced the size of the Russian occupation army by 1,260 invaders. The total combat losses of Russia in manpower amounted to 1 million 386 thousand 680 people.

Hundreds of units of enemy equipment and weapons were also destroyed. Updated data on the losses of the Russian Federation were published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian losses per day and for the entire period of the full-scale invasion

In the morning report of June 17, the General Staff reported that the day before, Ukrainian warriors destroyed seven tanks (12,033), seven armored combat vehicles (24,775), 51 artillery systems (44,169), two MLRS (1,874), 2,052 UAVs of the operational-tactical level (355,593), 10 ground robotic systems (1,677).

Also destroyed were 486 units of automotive equipment and fuel tankers (107,994), three units of special equipment (4,303).

In total, over the day Russia lost 2,618 units of weapons and equipment, including drones.

Overall, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has also lost 1,427 air defence systems, 436 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 33 ships/boats, two submarines, and 4,783 cruise missiles.
