Akhmetov’s ex-manager at the SPF: Deputy Head of the Fund Vitaliy Kovalenko declares luxury cars and over 60 million hryvnias in assets

Deputy Head of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Kovalenko declares over UAH 16 million in income, Maserati Levante, Zeekr 001, BMW iX1 and a stake in an investment fund worth UAH 10 million

The official declared high income from the private sector, three expensive cars purchased in 2024–2025, 14 real estate properties, significant cash assets, and corporate rights in an investment fund.

The largest amounts came from companies related to the mining and metallurgical business:

• Metinvest Holding LLC — salary UAH 15.62 million + other income UAH 16 thousand.
• Ingulets Iron Ore Enrichment Works PJSC — salary UAH 1 million.
• Income from business activities — UAH 175 thousand.

Kovalenko also holds the position of project manager at Ingulets GZK on a part-time basis.

The official declared three premium and luxury passenger cars purchased during 2024–2025:

• Maserati Levante (2023) — UAH 3.48 million
• Zeekr 001 (2024) — UAH 1.5 million
• BMW iX1 (2024) — UAH 1 million

The declaration lists 14 real estate objects (land plots, apartments, residential buildings, parking space, garage, non-residential premises).

The most valuable properties:

• Apartment with an area of 156.4 m² (Kyiv) — acquired on 29.08.2019 for UAH 7 million
• House with an area of 559.6 m² in Chabany (Kyiv region) — acquired on 31.03.2015 for UAH 1 million
• Non-residential premises with an area of 185.1 m² (Kyiv) — acquired on 10.09.2020 for UAH 1.8 million
• House with an area of 239.9 m² and a land plot in the village of Ivankovychi (Obukhiv district) — acquired in 2021
• Land plot with an area of 884 m² in Kyiv — acquired on 17.02.2020 for UAH 1.3 million

An old apartment with an area of 74.2 m² in shared partial ownership with parents (his share — 25%) was also declared.

Corporate rights and securities

• 48.37% of the authorized capital of JSC “Closed Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund “Korf Finans”” (code 45599007) — share value UAH 10 million (acquired on 27.11.2024)
• 100% of Kyiv Estate Processing LLC (share value UAH 1,000)
• Kovalenko is the ultimate beneficial owner of three legal entities:
• JSC “Korf Finans”
• Vechir Telecom LLC
• Kyiv Estate Processing LLC

The official declared significant funds in accounts with Ukrainian and foreign banks, as well as cash:

• Cash: UAH 3 million + USD 450 thousand + EUR 100 thousand
• Accounts with PUMB, Oschadbank, Universal Bank, Revolut (Lithuania), Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Austria) — hundreds of thousands of dollars and euros
• The total amount of declared monetary assets (according to media estimates) exceeds UAH 60 million
