The footage published online shows how, in the courtyard of one of the residential buildings, a group of men in military uniforms and balaclavas forcibly detain a civilian.

Despite the desperate resistance of local female residents who tried to snatch the man away and urged the military to stop, the detainee was forcibly pushed into a gray minibus.
