The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine instructed the relevant ministries to urgently prepare a decision on allocating UAH 3.04 billion from the state budget reserve fund. These funds will be directed to support the community of the city of Vyshneve in the Kyiv region, which suffered massive destruction as a result of the enemy’s combined shelling on July 6.

This was reported by Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko.

According to her, the funding will go toward the community’s priority needs and the restoration of the housing stock. In particular, the allocated funds will be directed to paying compensation to owners for damaged or destroyed property, major repairs of affected apartment buildings, complete reconstruction of destroyed homes, as well as the urgent restoration of damaged urban engineering networks. According to government officials, this strike caused the largest destruction of the housing sector since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, as a total of 13 hectares of residential development were damaged in the city, including 27 apartment buildings and 253 private houses.
